I have a problem when I try to access my account Specify. After updating to 6.3.01 Specify, presents a window with title Handle exception with the following Descripsion. "Was an unexpected condition threre Specify inside. Please Provide a description of what You Were doing. This Will help us fix the problem more Easily." I could not access my account. I need help soon.

Did you type in a comment so I can check our exception log and figure out what your issue was? Have you tried it again or gotten the error again?

Join the descriptions, but I get the following window. I do not know what to do.

an Issue of Concern

He are logging into a database that does not have the schema fully updated, which was caused by your first error most likely.

You should contact support and send us a backup of your database. We can fix it and send it back.
