I am Inês Paulino I attended the Specify Workshop at the beginning of July. I am working in the LISUTypes project.

I have a question: I imported in to Specify a Dataset of 1591 specimens and in mapping some of the fields, I selected some of them to place notes and some other for verbatim data. The problem is that these fields do not appear in the data set, ie, when I check the information of a particular specimen of the imported data, these fields are not visible. Yet when I do a Query, they can be seen.

In the workshop explained how to make them appear. I followed the steps you told us to, but these fields do not appear in dataset. I think the tables are probably not active. someone can help me?

Another doubt concerns the introduction of new data: I need these fields (the same as those mapped for the imported data) to appear as well, so that they may be filled in?
