Feature request: new mapping terms in WorkBench

Here are some terms we are missing in the WorkBench Data Set Mapping Editor. It would be really useful if they could be added. I think/hope they are useful for other users as well:

Locality - Original Elevation Unit
Collection Object - Object Condition
Determination - Remarks (1 & 2)
Determination - Subgenus (1 & 2)

Other sorely needed Workbench mappings

It would also be very helpful to have access to the fields in the geocoorddetail table. One of our collections has extensive georeferencing data which cannot be bulk-loaded because these fields cannot be mapped.

Feature request: Forma

Another important taxonomic rank which is missing (for us, and probably other herbaria) in the Mapping Editor is "forma":

Determination - Forma (1 & 2)
Determination - Forma Author (1 & 2)
