Deleting collections

I'm working at windows xp station with newer version of Specify and Java, in this machine I can't delete a collection test. The proccess works fine and the Specify needs restart, however the collection test option is avaliable with all data included, even if I try delete the discipline the same problem occurs.
Other crash: In the security options to delete an user the specify stops working and I need to restart the process.
